What inspired you to be a PT? I would've loved to have had a mentor when I went through my own health issues and now I've become a coach to other people, to help them improve their fitness levels, to achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
Experience: I am an enthusiastic and creative personal trainer and group fitness instructor with more than 4 years experience working with individuals, as well as small and large groups of participants with different fitness levels and ages.
Why train with you? I have a holistic approach to health through movement, strength, control, cardio and healthy eating. I go beyond a good technique to make sure you get the right balance between a fun activity you can look forward to and challenges that make you progress and be proud of yourself.
Something we don't know about you: I have studied 6 languages besides my native tongue - Spanish.

What inspired you to be a PT? We are built to move, so I want to help more people do it well, and do it more often.
Experience: I started in 2003, so I bring 15 years’ experience in teaching, coaching and training to every session.
Why train with you? I know how to ensure my clients get the results they want, and can justify why we do the things we do, every step of the way.

What inspired you to be a PT? My passion for mentoring others to achieve their goals in life.
Experience: My commitment to the fitness industry started in 2010 with just six young boys in Melbourne's Princes Park and a crazy idea to found an American Football team! With an enormous amount of work, and a bit of luck, we made this dream happen. The team we founded back then is now known as The Melbourne University Royals Gridiron Club. In 2012 we achieved our first Victorian Championship, which we used as a stepping stone to branch out and grow our Women's team, The Melbourne University Chargers. Due to my knowledge of the game and my ability to educate players in athletic development, I was nominated as the Offensive Coordinator, and Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Melbourne Royals Women's team in 2013. My position on the team helped to facilitate my growth as a well rounded trainer, as I learned many valuable lessons, such as how to be patient, understanding and encouraging, realising that everybody learns in different ways and at different speeds. In 2015 I decided to become officially registered as a PT, and that led me to opening my own training studio at home. Shortly after this I was fortunate to have been offered a position with the Aqualink Gym Team.
Why train with you? My clients must be prepared to feel challenged and work hard. They can expect to be educated, humbled by their weaknesses, and to develop new levels of discipline. My clients must also be prepared to feel stronger than they’ve ever felt, and more confident and empowered in their life. I’ll provide you with the tools to succeed, and you’ll learn how to apply these to set yourself up for life while, hopefully, inspiring others along the way.

What inspired you to be a PT? I love being part of other people’s fitness journey, and seeing them grow and become a better version of themselves.
Experience: I became a PT two years ago, after graduating from university; and to-date, I continue learning from various coaches about different ways to train.

What inspired you to be a PT? I love that exercise has so many physical and mental benefits and to be in a role to deliver physical activity that can contribute to people's individual goals or needs and that can enhance or improve someone's life.
Experience: I have over seven years' experience as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, assisting people of all ages, conditions and goals. At Aqualink I trained the female winner of the 2016 and male winner of the 2017 9 Week Challenge.
