What inspired you to be a PT? We are built to move, so I want to help more people do it well, and do it more often.
Experience: I started in 2003, so I bring 15 years’ experience in teaching, coaching and training to every session.
Why train with you? I know how to ensure my clients get the results they want, and can justify why we do the things we do, every step of the way.
Something we don't know about you: I completed three years of Law studies.

What inspired you to be a PT? My passion for mentoring others to achieve their goals in life.
Experience: My commitment to the fitness industry started in 2010 with just six young boys in Melbourne's Princes Park and a crazy idea to found an American Football team! With an enormous amount of work, and a bit of luck, we made this dream happen. The team we founded back then is now known as The Melbourne University Royals Gridiron Club. In 2012 we achieved our first Victorian Championship, which we used as a stepping stone to branch out and grow our Women's team, The Melbourne University Chargers. Due to my knowledge of the game and my ability to educate players in athletic development, I was nominated as the Offensive Coordinator, and Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Melbourne Royals Women's team in 2013. My position on the team helped to facilitate my growth as a well rounded trainer, as I learned many valuable lessons, such as how to be patient, understanding and encouraging, realising that everybody learns in different ways and at different speeds. In 2015 I decided to become officially registered as a PT, and that led me to opening my own training studio at home. Shortly after this I was fortunate to have been offered a position with the Aqualink Gym Team.
Why train with you? My clients must be prepared to feel challenged and work hard. They can expect to be educated, humbled by their weaknesses, and to develop new levels of discipline. My clients must also be prepared to feel stronger than they’ve ever felt, and more confident and empowered in their life. I’ll provide you with the tools to succeed, and you’ll learn how to apply these to set yourself up for life while, hopefully, inspiring others along the way.
Something we don't know about you: I am an IVF baby.

What inspired you to be a PT? I have a passion for sharing knowledge and empowering individuals to make positive changes in their lives, so a move into the fitness industry was always going to be a natural fit for me.
Experience: I have over 10 years experience as a gym instructor, group fitness instructor and personal trainer and have worked with all age groups and ability levels, assisting many clients to achieve a variety of goals.
Why train with you? When you train with me, you’ll learn the secrets to lasting success. I understand that the trainer/ client relationship is rarely a long-term commitment, so it’s my aim to both train and teach you so that you can continue implementing healthy habits long after we conclude our training together.
Something we don't know about you: My research has been published in reviewed journals and the New York Times and I used to play bass guitar in a metal band (some of our stuff is still up on YouTube).

What inspired you to be a PT? I am inspired by the fact that a quality, functional and happy life relies on staying active. Being inspired by those around me has led me to want to inspire others in the same way.
Experience: I've been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, specialising in both personal training and group fitness instruction.

Something we don't know about you: Prior to becoming a PT I ran my own business as a graphic artist for over 10 years.

What inspired you to be a PT? I love being part of other people’s fitness journey, and seeing them grow and become a better version of themselves.
Experience: I became a PT two years ago, after graduating from university; and to-date, I continue learning from various coaches about different ways to train.
Why train with you? We'll focus on building you from the ground up, forming a strong foundation, and turning training from a routine into a lifestyle.
