1. Lifestyle consultation
Every fitness journey begins with a Lifestyle Consultation (30-45 minutes). This isn't a health assessment; it's your foundation for success. During your consultation, our dedicated gym instructor will:
- Learn about your goals, preferences, and any limitations
- Establish your unique baseline through a basic health screening
- Understand your benchmark - this provides the foundations for our expert trainers to tailor a program for you
Think of this as creating your personal blueprint. Without knowing your starting point, we can't build a program that truly works for you. This consultation gives our trainers the insights they need to design a program tailored to your body, your lifestyle, and your goals.
2. Program show
After your consultation, your instructor will guide you through your custom program, demonstrating how to use the equipment safely and effectively. You'll build confidence knowing every exercise is chosen specifically for you.
Important: A Lifestyle Consultation is required before we can create or update your program. It's not red tape—it's the difference between guessing and knowing exactly what your body needs.
3. Technique check
After your first week of training, we recommend booking a technique check-up. Use this 15 to 30-minute session as an opportunity to address any queries you may have with our gym instructor.
4. Regular program reviews
As you progress, your body adapts and your needs evolve - not to mention you'll want fresh challenges to stay motivated. That's why you can book a program review every 6-8 weeks. In this 45 to 60-minute session, you'll receive an updated program and guidance on new exercises to ensure continuous progress.
