Our gym staff member John has crafted a protein-rich, low-carb pizza that doesn't compromise on flavour.
Ingredients
- Low carb pizza base
- Pizza sauce 20 gm
- 100 gm roast chicken breast
- Mushrooms/capsicums/onions to taste
- 40 gms low fat/high protein cheese
- 20 gm bbq sauce
Method
- Preheat over to 230, or 210 fan forced
- Spread Pizza sauce over base
- Sprinkle toppings to tase
- Drizzle BBQ Sauce over topped pizza
- Place pizza for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown
