BBQ Chicken Pizza

Our gym staff member John has crafted a protein-rich, low-carb pizza that doesn't compromise on flavour.

Ingredients

  • Low carb pizza base
  • Pizza sauce 20 gm
  • 100 gm roast chicken breast
  • Mushrooms/capsicums/onions to taste
  • 40 gms low fat/high protein cheese
  • 20 gm bbq sauce

Method

  1. Preheat over to 230, or 210 fan forced
  2. Spread Pizza sauce over base
  3. Sprinkle toppings to tase
  4. Drizzle BBQ Sauce over topped pizza
  5. Place pizza for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown
