Join Felipe in the Fab Strength session.

 

Instructions

  • Chair Squats/Bodyweight squat
  • Wall push-ups/floor push-ups
  • Side steps (2-5 each way)
  • Low impact star jumps/star jumps
  • Step ups/high knee walk

Complete each 10-15 times, rest 30-60 seconds between each exercise, repeat all exercises 2-5 times
