About Lisa: 

After having my last baby at 42, I decided to swing into my health and well-being. By doing this I transformed my body and started to feel that I can be a guiding force to those experiencing life changes such as post-baby weight, weight loss, menopause and ageing.

I have worked in gyms and fitness centres since 2019. My PT clients are primarily one-on-one, focused on those who are looking to increase fitness levels, gain strength, improve body composition and lose weight.

I have a theory that we shouldn’t wait for illness to value our health. Training and keeping fit is only 4% of your day so why not make it a lifestyle? Training people to achieve their goals excites me! I am passionate about weight training and like to make fitness fun.

About John: Growing up with a love of sports and being outdoors I found my way into the gym and got my first gym membership at Aqualink Box Hill when I was 20 years old. My passion for fitness started in 2015 when I decided I wanted to improve my health. I always wanted to be a personal trainer from my early teens, but it wasn't until I had a serious back injury in a former occupation that led to doctors telling me I likely won't be able to do that anymore.
