Ingredients
- 3 peaches, halved
- 2 tbs 100% coconut yoghurt
- 1 tbs flaked almonds, toasted
Method
- Heat a griddle pan over medium to high heat.
- Place peaches, cut side down, on griddle pan. Cook for 1-2 mins until peaches have softened slightly and have charred lines visible. Turn over and cook for a further minute.
- Serve with coconut yoghurt and toasted flaked almonds.
