On 15 February 2024, we are changing from monthly to fortnightly direct debits and introducing free membership freezes (suspensions) for up to 12 months.*
What does this mean?
- This helps to make payments more manageable and budget-friendly.
- Please note there is no increase to current membership fees.
- The 16 January 2024 debit will remain unchanged.
- From 15 February 2024, future debits will occur every second Thursday.

How much will I be charged? Fortnightly prices for each membership.
- You should have received an email detailing the price changes.
- It is simply your monthly membership fee multiplied by 12 and divided by 26.
Free membership freezes
We are also introducing free membership freezes. This means you can freeze your membership free for any reason, and there will no longer be a fee of 35 cents per day.*

- Memberships can be frozen for a minimum of 7 days.
- Memberships can be frozen for a maximum of 12 months at a time.
- Memberships cannot be frozen if there is an outstanding balance owing.
- Freezes require an end date; we cannot process an indefinite freeze.
- The term membership freeze options will remain the same: 3-month memberships are entitled to 1 week freeze and 12-month memberships are entitled to a maximum 42 days (6 weeks) freeze.
