The fortnightly debit cycle allows for smaller, more manageable fund withdrawals. We hope this adjustment makes planning and budgeting easier, avoiding larger lump sum deductions each month.
The final monthly debit will take place on Tuesday 16 January. On Thursday 15th February you will be moved for a fortnightly payment plan. The following debits will occur every second Thursday from this date.
There will be no change to your payments over a 12 month period. Your new fee has been calculated by multiplying your monthly fee by 12 and dividing it by 26, the number of debits per year.
Any changes to debit details need to be made by the end of the day on the Monday prior to the Thursday debit. This can be completed via the online portal.
Yes, there is a $5.00 rejection fee. To avoid a rejection please ensure your debit detail are up to date. You can update your debit details via the online portal
No, Aqualink no longer requires a medical certificate. If you are freezing for medical reasons, you can complete this via the online portal.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate clearance from your doctor or medical professional to resume your membership at Aqualink. If your freeze is for medical reasons over the maximum period allowed to freeze and you have a medical certificate, please email Aqualink Memberships to assist with processing your freeze.
The term membership freeze options will remain the same as there is no charge to these. 3 month memberships are entitled to 1 week freeze and 12 month memberships are entitled to 6 weeks freeze.
