Casual Bookings

A casual court booking ( PDF 659.54KB) can be made up to 8 days in advance through our Aqualink portal. 

Log in to your Aqualink account to search, check or cancel a booking ( PDF 539.54KB) 24 hours before a session starts and see all upcoming bookings, 

If you do not have an account on Aqualink's portal, please set up a free account ( PDF 717.89KB) to make a booking. Payment is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Casual bookings can be made online up to 1 hour before the booking starts. To make a booking less than 1 hour in advance, please contact Aqualink Box Hill at 9843 2900.

We have a three-court indoor sports stadium that can cater for:

Outdoor Tennis and Futsal courts

Casual Hoop Shooting

Don't want to lock-in a time? For just $6.60, you can enjoy casual shooting on any available court for basketball or netball. Casual shooting is subject to court availability and allows you to use an open court without a booking until another reservation is made for that court.

Key Points:

• No need for a formal booking - just show up, visit reception to pay, then head to a free court
• Casual shooting is suitable for basketball or netball
• Your casual shooting session continues until a court booking is made for that court
• Court bookings take priority over casual shooting

Stadium equipment hire

Balls and racquets are available for hire from Customer Service. Charges apply. 

We prefer that you use your own equipment and minimise sharing equipment with others whenever possible.
