Our Classes
We offer a variety of classes including Cycling, Les Mills ® classes, Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, HIIT and Aqua classes. Choose from 30, 45, 55-minute or hour long sessions, inclusive of warm-up, cool-down and pack up periods. View Timetable and Book Classes
Les Mills Classes
- BODYATTACK: Will get you fit FAST! This high energy aerobics class is suited to participants with moderate to high fitness.
- BODYBALANCE: Combines the disciplines of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates with dynamic moves. The emphasis in this class is on controlled, concise movements and relaxation.
- BODYCOMBAT (AQBH): Punch and kick your way to fitness in this high energy martial-arts inspired noncontact workout. Up the intensity and destroy calories while working your legs, toning your arms, back and shoulders. This class is best suited to participants with moderate to high fitness levels.
- BODYPUMP: A low impact workout using specially designed barbells. This class is perfect for toning your body whilst working your cardiovascular system at the same time.
- BODYSTEP (AQN): The perfect workout for your butt and thighs. This class is ideal for those who want to increase their fitness levels.
- LES MILLS CORE (AQN): The optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training. Functional training and resistance band exercises helping you burn calories and increase fitness. Also a great foundation class with a variety of options to accommodate all fitness levels.
- LES MILLS FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH: Total body strength training focusing on challenging your body with heavy compound lifts mixed with explosive movement. Improve power and athleticism while challenging your stabilising muscles that intergrate the upper and lower body.
- LES MILLS TONE: The optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training. A great foundation class, with a wide variety of options accommodating all fitness levels.
- RPM: A 45 minute group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and burns loads of calories.
- SPRINT: A 30 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style workout on a bike with virtual instructors. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort.
Freestyle Classes
- BOXING FITNESS (AQBH): An exciting, high intensity action packed class. The class consists of pad work, skipping, shadow boxing and other cardio and resistance exercises. Boxing Fitness is suitable for all fitness levels. No partner required! Bring your own boxing gloves and wraps/inner gloves.
- CYCLE/CYCLE EXPRESS: Indoor cycling class that is choreographed to music. This workout is perfect for the cycling enthusiast or anyone wanting to vary their training. This class burns more calories per hour than any other Group Fitness class. Express classes are 30 minute duration.
- FAB CIRCUIT (AQN): Circuits are a steady paced, progressive weights workout to music. Excellent for regaining muscle strength, mobility and general fitness. Suitable for all fitness levels.
- FAB STRENGTH: A class that is suitable for older adults. An enjoyable and interactive class that involves using strength equipment and the individual’s body weight. The class further highlights the health benefits and importance of using weight bearing exercises.
- FAB STRENGTH PLUS: Next step up from Fab Strength with a focus on strength, cardio, agility and co-ordination, through functional bodyweight and various equipment. Modified format for older adults, moderate to high fitness levels.
- GENTLE EXERCISE: Combining seated/chair based exercise with standing work. May include the use of small balls, therabands and scarves, stability and balance work. Ideal for older adults.
- GYMSTICK (AQN): Tone and strengthen your body with the use of a Gymstick (a resistance band and stick). Functional resistance training to improve core strength, balance and co-ordination.
- HIIT - HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING: High intensity interval training uses power, agility, weight training and explosive high-impact body weight exercises that will get you super fit super fast. Transform every muscle fibre to produce a lean, athletic shape. Suitable for moderate to high fitness levels. Express classes are 30 minute duration.
- LITE PACE: A gentle, low impact aerobic workout. Ideal for beginners and older adults. Includes core training and stability/balance work.
- STEP AEROBICS (AQN): All the benefiots of a highintensity cardio workout to improve overall fintess, without putting stress on your joints. Targeting legs, upperbody and core to build strength and flexibility.
- WALK-COFFEE: A 30-minute leisurely walk through local parks and streets followed by a free coffee in the Aqualink Cafe. A great opportunity for a social chat in a relaxed environment.
- WALK-OUT: a 45-min steady paced walk (outdoors) around the local neighbourhood. Unlike the Walk-Coffee, there is no coffee break, simply walking at a moderate pace to improve fitness.
- AQUALINK CLASS EXPERIENCE (ACE): ACE classes are providing the opportunity to try something different. We have seleced timeslots to rotate through a variety of programs. Refer to the booking portal to discover the current ACE classes.
Wellness Classes
- BODYBALANCE: Combines the disciplines of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates with dynamic moves. The emphasis in this class is on controlled, concise movements and relaxation.
- FAB PILATES (AQN): A class that is suitable for older adults. Designed to improve your core strength, posture, balance and flexibility at a gentle, controlled pace.
- MEDITATION: Relax, unwind and de-stress as you experience practical and gentle guided meditation. Mindfulness and gentle movements creating calm and clarity to settle the mind, find peace and help you sleep better. All fitness levels and experience welcome.
- PILATES: Improve your core strength by concentrating on muscle control and correct breathing patterns through smooth flowing movements. This method is utilised to improve your core stability, posture, balance and flexibility.
- STRETCH & STABILISE: A class designed to improve joint mobility, muscle tone and length, as well as strength for stability. Suitable for all fitness levels.
- TAI CHI: An Ancient style of gentle exercise for the mind and body. Immerse yourself in peace and relaxation using this 1000 year old practice.
- YOGA FLOW: Relieve stress through dynamic flowing sequences which build strength and flexibility. Explore your potential! Suitable for participants with some yoga experience.
- YOGA FUSION: Create a positive state of mind and self-awareness through building strength, energy, balance and flexibility. Traditional Yoga class combining elements of Yoga. Suitable for all.
- YOGA RELEASE: A gentle blend of mindful movement combining classical postures to lengthen and tone muscles. Breathing and relaxation techniques perfect for those needing to relax and renew. Suitable for all.
Aqua Classes
- AQUA: This class is designed to increase your cardiovascular fitness, strength and muscle tone in a fun, low impact environment.
- AQUAFIT: Take your aqua class to a new level. This high intensity workout in water is safe on your joints yet provides all the benefits of a power workout with motivating and high energy instructors. Suitable for all fitness levels.
- AQUA ZUMBA: Aqua Zumba blends the Zumba experience with water resistance. Low impact, high energy aquatic, excerise class.
- DEEP WATER AQUA: A challenging class utilising flotation belts and a deep water running component to send your heart racing.
- OUTDOOR AQUA (AQBH): This class is designed to increase your cardiovascular fitness, strength and muscle tone in a fun, low impact environment.
- WARM WATER AQUA (AQBH): A 45 minute aqua class to increase your fitness, strength and muscle tone while working in a supportive and warm water environment. Suitable for all ages and those wishing to return to exercise.
Virtual Classes
- VIRTUAL RPM (AQBH) - All benefits of RPM with virtual instructors. A 45 minute group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It's fun, low impact and burns loads of calories.
- VIRTUAL SPRINT (AQBH) - A 30 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style workout on a bike with virtual instructors. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort.
- VIRTUAL THE TRIP (AQBH): An immersive cycling workout that will elevate your heart rate and sensory experience as you travel through digitally-created worlds.
Dance Classes
- ZUMBA: A Latin inspired, dance fitness workout set to sexy, high energy Latin and international music. Suitable for all fitness levels.
- ZUMBA GOLD: A low impact, fun Zumba class, tailored for all ages and fitness levels.
- ZUMBA STEP (AQBH): A combination of cardio, toning and strengthening. The Power of step aerobics with the fun fitness-party of Zumba.

Cycle Classes (in person)
