Our Classes

We offer a variety of classes including Cycling, Les Mills ® classes, Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, HIIT and Aqua classes. Choose from 30, 45, 55-minute or hour long sessions, inclusive of warm-up, cool-down and pack up periods. View Timetable and Book Classes

Booking & Attendance

What to Bring:

Each of the following are available for purchase at reception.

  • Water bottle
  • Towel
  • Exercise Mat (required for all classes except Aqua, Cycle and Zumba programs) 
  • Boxing participants must bring their own wraps/inners (boxing gloves provided)

Before your class:

  • Arrive 10 minutes before the class
  • Aqua participants: Be poolside 5 minutes before start
  • Inform instructor of any injuries or health conditions
  • If you have an injury, health condition or are pregnant, always check with a health professional about which exercises should not be completed during classes. 

Class Ettiquete: 

  • Arrive 10 minutes before start time
  • Entry to classes is not permited after the class has started
  • Cancel bookings with a minimum 2 hours notice, to allow members on the waitlist to take your place.
  • Clean and return equipment after use
