The first Body Scan helps establish your baseline. Measure where your body is now and develop a tailored fitness plan with a gym instructor to get to where you want to be.
It helps you measure the effectiveness and benefits of your diet and exercise. The results can be used to track your progress. After 8 weeks, you can return for a second Body Scan to see your achievements. To reserve your booking, visit the member portal.

Body Scan
The InBody scanner is a nonintrusive, fast, accurate, and reliable way to quickly ascertain your body composition and determine what percentage of your total body weight comes from fat, muscle, and bone.
Knowing your body composition provides more detailed information about your health. Two people can weigh the same but have different wellness and fitness needs because of their body composition.
Measure where your body is now and develop a tailored fitness plan to get where you want to be. Measure again in 8 weeks, track your changes and see your progress.
A Body Scan measures body composition as detailed below:
- Skeletal muscle mass
- Body fat as a total and %
- Visceral fat (around your organs/stomach)
- Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)
- Bone mineral content
- Total body water
- Comparative size of each limb
- Muscle imbalances

Tailored gym programs
When did you last create a gym program? If you have gym included in your membership, getting a tailored gym program is free. Get advice based on your individual needs. Our trainers will help you find where you are now and where you want to get to. They will help you to train effectively and maximise your time!
Our Health & Fitness Manager, Ashley Myers, says you should ideally do a new program every 2-3 months.
