Reformer Pilates is a dynamic, full-body workout that uses a specialised machine called a Reformer to elevate your Pilates experience. 

Combining traditional mat Pilates principles with the resistance and support of the Reformer, this class helps build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance core stability. 

Experience Reformer Pilates in our brand-new, purpose-built Movement Studio at Aqualink Box Hill. Designed with your comfort and performance in mind, the studio features:

Class Types

REFORMER FOUNDATION – Great place to start or refresh technique. This class is designed to help you build your confidence and develop skills. Expect a full body, low impact workout teaching you everything you need to know to get the most out of your classes.  

REFORMER ESSENTIALS – Your everyday go-to-Reformer Pilates class with a strong focus on technique, combining traditional and contemporary Pilates.  Expect a full body, low impact workout. 

REFORMER POWER MOVES – A strong focus on strength and conditioning when you are ready to take things up a notch or you’re an experienced member. Consists of different, and challenging exercises, sometimes fast flowing options. Expect a moderate / high energy, full body workout.

Reformer Pilates will be available exclusively to Total Fitness Plus Members, from Thursday 17 July 2025

  • Current members: Complete a change of status form and upgrade to Total Fitness Plus today.
  • New members: Join as a Total Fitness Plus Member online

What to Bring:

Each of the following are available for purchase at reception.

  • Water bottle
  • Towel
  • Grip socks

Before your class:

  • Arrive 10 minutes before the class
  • Inform instructor of any injuries or health conditions
  • If you have an injury, health condition or are pregnant, always check with a health professional about which exercises should not be completed during classes

Class Etiquette: 

  • Arrive 10 minutes before start time
  • Entry to classes is not permitted after the class has started
  • Cancel bookings with a minimum 2 hours notice, to allow members on the waitlist to take your place.
  • Clean and return equipment after use
  • Grip socks must be worn during all classes
  • Patrons are permitted to bring their bags, but these must be stored in the pigeon holes or on the hooks provided
