Louise Eadon

For over three decades, Louise has been a vibrant part of the Aqualink Nunawading community. A 45-year resident of the area, Louise's passion for exercise found a home in our group fitness classes.

Initially attending just one or two evening classes due to her full-time job, Louise's commitment to fitness has only grown. Over the years, she transitioned to daytime classes, building lasting friendships with fellow members. These bonds are so strong that they've formed a WhatsApp group called the "Gym Girls," keeping in touch even when some are away on holidays or have moved to different cities.

Louise's fitness routine is diverse and consistent. She participates in a range of classes, including Pump, Tone, Pilates, and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Despite the challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, which initially reduced her attendance, Louise has resumed her daily visits, maintaining her health and well-being.

What Louise treasures most about Aqualink is the welcoming nature of our instructors. They tailor classes to meet the needs of participants of all ages and abilities, ensuring everyone feels included. This supportive environment makes Aqualink more than just a place to exercise—it feels like family.

Louise's dedication to fitness and connection to the Aqualink community have provided her with numerous benefits over the years. She believes that regular exercise has helped her maintain her weight and overall health, keeping her active and engaged. The social aspect of attending classes has also been a significant part of her experience, as she enjoys the camaraderie and support from both staff and fellow members.

Louise's story exemplifies the positive impact that a supportive community and regular exercise can have on one's life. Aqualink Nunawading is proud to have members like Louise, who embody the spirit of health, wellness, and community.
