Yes to the pool areas only. However, each person must have their own booking, including children. You must book for the correct number of family members before your swim session.  Children need to be booked into the childcare service if your booked session is for the gym or a group fitness class. Once your child is enrolled, bookings can be made over the phone.

Yes.  Aqualink is now offering the option to opt in and reactivate memberships to book sessions online via our new members’ portal.  Membership credits which resulted from the March debit and subsequent centre closure shortly after, will be used as membership payment and fees will also be reduced by 30% until further notice.

No, all classes will be programmed to ensure that there is no sharing of equipment. At the end of each sessions all equipment used will be cleaned before it is used in the next class.

Yes, to ensure all patrons are following high levels of cleanliness there will be strict enforcement of the “no towel, no class” rule for all classes where a towel is needed. This includes any class where a patron is lying down/using Aqualink equipment, for example, BodyPump, TONE, Cycle, RPM, FAB Strength, FAB Circuit. Patrons should also bring their own yoga or stretching mat as these will not be provided.

Yes, to ensure all patrons are following high levels of cleanliness there will be strict enforcement of the “no towel, no workout” policy. Patrons are to use their towel at all times in the gym when using equipment to promote a high level of hygiene. Towels are available for purchase at reception should you forget.

Yes, patrons are advised to bring their own mat and towel. No yoga/stretching mats are available for use at any time under the current restrictions and will be assessed on an ongoing basis. There is limited stock of yoga mats available for purchase at each Centre.

The Aqualink is following the Directions issued by the Chief Health Officer of Victoria. The Directions only permit 10 people plus an instructor to participate in indoor fitness classes, from 22 June.

We cannot specify at this stage. We will lift the requirement to pre-book when our rooms and sessions are permitted to accommodate more people or when physical distancing requirements are eased.
